Veiviseren (Ofelas): Now available on DVD

The movie "Veivisern" is out on DVD. This is probably the most remarkable Norwegian movie ever made, and was nominated for Oscar in 1987 (Best foreigne movie). Embarrasing enough I have to admit that I had not seen it until this Easter. Bougth it, played it, loved it! Check out the review at IMDB: Ofelas (1987)

Scott Adams : It's Not Funny If I Have to Explain It: A Dilbert Treasury

I got this book of my "father-in-law" (not married yet, hence the "" ""), and the book is a absolute winner. I have not laughed so hard for so long in years, and I have still to pass by page 20. This is a must for all you Dilbert fans out there. This is as good as it gets.

Why do a band like Korn decide to do a cover on "Word up"? I don't know, and I don't care. It is one of the coolest videos around. Both from a cinematic point of view and not least the special effects used. I just love the "human faced dogs". Man this rocks!

Finished Half-Life 2

What a great game! The graphic-engine smokes all others. This is so good you can just belive it. Finished it yesterday night, and .... DISAPOINTED! The ending did not stand up to the game itself. I hate it when that happens. All the build up, killing, klimbing, jumping puzzling and so forth and THIS is all I get?

As a friend of my plays in and mixes the music for Sublust I had no choice but to Blog the release of "Toothless I". I belive I was one of the absolute first to hear it, more or less straight from the press. It's dark, so dark... I said to my friend: " You know you sound so dark you make Nick Cave sound like he's on X?" :-) But the sound is good, it's deep. See :sublust: for more info on Sublust.

ADSL 2+... News to me, but what news! Download speed up to 24 MB. Whooho. This gives oportunites not even thought of yet. Being able to download, use IP phone and watch IP TV at the same time. All because Telenor sold their copper-Tele-network in all of the area in wich I live. The company that bought the network is owned by the housing community wich I am a part. Feel goods to own the distribution net!
